Front add-a-leaf, 84F-250

Front add-a-leaf, 84F-250
I have an 84 F-250 4x4, and I am replacing the rear springs. I was wondering if anybody here has ever used one or two of the rear spring leaves on the front pack, and how much lift I can expect from it. I am doing an SAS, so a drop bracket is unnecessay, and lift companies are not replying to my e-mails. Any help would be appreciated.
