woohoo...less than an hour to catch up!!
gonna take another hour to upload, convert,view,and post pics from today
i took about 200 pics in raw format...from 1/4 mile away...
I have the equivelent of a 140-600 mm lens for my camera, so the pics should be nice...
up close there would be no background...from a distance the hills made a nice contrast
there was 7 hot air balloons, but 2 never got airborne....
I'll post a few pics asap!

Glow plug LED mod done!!!! The F350 has been getting more and more cantankerous in cold weather. I am hoping its the glow plug relay I just replaced.... but I'll probably throw an amprobe on it in the morning to see what the draw is. The relay was kinda burned on the Hot Post....not exactly sure what that means so I'll probably cut it open to find out. Jim's post on the glow plug system could not have come at a better time.

I probably should have used the tripod...but I forgot it
I carry a monopod in the truck...but I just sat in the truck and used the door to steady my pics
