Transfer Case ID on 97

Transfer Case ID on 97
I have a 97 F150 XLT 4x4 Automatic with the electronic switch.
I was looking at the transfer case and there was a sticker on it. I was curious if this sticker tells anyone anything as to if it is the right transfer case for my truck. I can tell it's been changed at some point and want to make sure it's the right one.
I'm beginning to think I have a transfer case in my truck from say a expedition or something else.
Here is what the sticker Says:
