lowering kit

Hi
I have a 1960 F100 and I want to lower the rear 2 to 3 inches. Does anyone know a company that makes a kit or do I have to some notching.

The easiest way is to use a "flip kit" that moves the axle housing on top of the springs. You will have to notch the frame however but not a lot. MidFifty sells a kit that has everything you need to do the job.
