power window problem

power window problem
wow--been forever since i've been on this board---feel like a real user!
just installed a new motor----so---we know thats not the problem......
i get power through the pigtail.--power on one side of the pigtail connector when you operate the switch to go up and power on the other side of the pigtail plug when in down switch mode.
seems to be working properly.....???
window will only go down. both switches do the same thing.
i can jump the motor to raise it...but it wont go up by using the switch. either switch.
am i having a ground problem?

i assume this is a passenger window? i would bet its the drivers switch since the wiring starts there

ok----one window motor/regulator, one drivers side double switch, and then finally the passenger side switch fixed it.........i figure i might as well just replace the passenger motor/reg and it will all be new!
