Heater Problem

I used those to do mine and it was a great help. It says you don't have to pull the big box from under the hood but I did anyway and you may need to so you can get to the blower motor inside there easier. You may be able to do it all with it still in the truck but, it'd be a lot easier sitting on the ground. Just my .02 again.

Same here! :)
But had to lower the -fender apron- to get the black box out!
For me it wasn't about easier.
It was all about doing the best job I could do. :)
Put it back together improved if I could.
It's easier to slap the sucker back together as if you are working on your
mother-in-laws pickup. I wasn't, so I didn't. ;)
For some "standing on your head" under the dash is easy, others it ain't? :)
I insulated the box, and did all sorts of stuff I can't even remember. :)

Buy a new relay, plug the wires into it and deal with it later?
I don't know if "Ford window relay" means anything but those were the magic
words said before receiving the only relay that's lasted. ;)
