Clunking noise when stopping

Clunking noise when stopping
Ok when I have to stop I am getting a clunking noise towards the front or middle of the truck im not too sure. The noise only occurs right when the truck completly stops, now if I really ease into the stop it seems to be less noticible sometimes I dont even hear or feel it. Not sure what it can be, the truck is an 02 4x4 and only has a leveling kit on it. Im sure someone has some ideas on what it could be.

Thanks. Thats what I was thinking after reading some of the other posts but I figured I should make my own because not all seemed to be the same as mine, and I just want to find out all the things I should look for that could be making this happen.

Glad to hear this Will. I am close to 30#, but have not opened it up lately. I did have an early 00'-03' D-MAX try to pass me. I blew his doors off. . He came along side of me and asked me to go. We were about 30 mph at the time. He couldn't believe what happened, while having to pull behind me. I could see his head lights in my rear view mirror. lol. Also, he was a 2wd with nothing in the bed. I did blow some good smoke at first.

Good Kill!!! Lol, I honestly have never gone WOT in my truck, so idk what the highest boost i can hit. I did touch 30 when i first put it in, but have yet to really open her up since then lol.

Haha im such a girl though (NOOOO offense Lisa & Cris) but i'm sooooo afraid of breaking something. My friends know not to asking me to race, cause all i'll do is either push it hard enough to beat 'em or let them win haha. I'll make you a promise, if we meet up at smokin', TS or wherever, I will run it, and run the H#LL out of it.
