Good Point! I missed the part where you said you could jump the relay.
could this have anything to do with clogged injectors? The nozzles are gummed up but the block heater helps clear them up. Not to sure if that makes sense b/c the truck will start if the GPR is jumped...
Also, I think the WTS light is only a light and not a reference to when the GPR is heating the GP's so the fact that it is on really means nothing. Does the voltage drop once the key is in the prime position? Should drop to approx 10 V (right?)
Rolltide, if you're talking about my problem with glow plugs not coming on, no, it's not been resolved. Now that it's warm weather it's not an issue. I'm sure once winter arrives i'll be jumping the glow plugs again. I don't think it's an injector issue as it starts right up as long as the temperature is above 50. I'm leaning toward the PCM, just haven't gotten around to finding another one.
