Obviously, (to me, anyway) it's a chick face down on the receiving end. And, she's only got 4 fingers and a thumb on her LEFT hand, since she's face down. She's just moving her hand a bit to leave marks in the dust.
I don't find that picture disturbing. I find it funny. However, if I found that on my car in my closed and locked garage...

But I did see that pic. I do agree it is likely a prank. She's too far up on the hood to be taking anything. Creative though.

We didn't get a pic of that (nor did we particularly want one, frankly), but we'll take Terra's word for it.
Not the kind of thing one would dream up to post in a forum, IMO.
