Not seeing a C1123.... looks like you have a hellacious wiring bug. How old are the batteries?? Are you running a programmer or chip? I'd start with the battery cables. Someone else will chime in and answer each one individually. This would be my guess though. The P0603 is from a chip if you are running one. That's ALOT of electrical issues though...

If you're only getting 7 mpg you've got a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig fuel leak somewhere unless your lifted and pushing biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig tires. Check the valley of the motor for wet spots, look at the back of the engine from under the truck for stuff running down and dripping out the hole in the inspection cover for the trans. Make sure the drain valve on the fuel bowl is shut too!

Seven mpg? Nothing on the ground or the valley. Gotta be burning it, but at that rate it should be dripping out of the tail pipe. Do you have lots of smoke. I mean that is the worse fuel mileage I've ever seen on a diesel of any kind. My 32,000 pound Cat powered motor home even does better than that. You gotta park that until you figure out what's wrong. You're not going by a lieometer are you?
