The reason i'm not giving specs on my 460, is because its not my ****ing 460 build thread. It was FordFoo asking which is better. Read the title retard.

And we have ESTABLISHED the 460 is better and I will prove it when we do our quarter mile and dino tests.

There's Scouder on this Site (Brian) that has a 427 in his 4400lb truck with edheads flowing in the hood of 370cfm and the Truck is a 4x4 and capable of running a 10 sec 1/4 mile !! Well now that went to hell in a hand basket in short order. Too bad too cause I'd have like to seen 1. The guy actually stick it out and learn a thing or 2 about FE's and finally build one and be proud of the outcome even if it looses to a 460 powered stang. 2. A 460 powered stang unfold here with some in depth input. I see the 460's everytime I go to the yard and for what it cost to build one "****" why not!! ohhhhh swellll time marches on. They used a diff block one with more nickel blah blah...

What i thought is well i can bore it out cause the crank and stroke and everything else was the same measurements....

What i do know that im just going to do what they did to Mercs....

Drop a 428 crank in and make it a 410....
