Tranny Problem

I have a '94 F150 w/AOD I drive about a hundred miles a day round trip to work, when I first got he truck the tranny shuddered when shifting at highway speeds, changed ALL the fluid and filter.... shuddering stopped, no slipping, smooth shifts. Last couple weeks a new problem started, engine revs up just like a standard jumping out of gear, when I let off the gas it down shifts then works right for the rest of the trip...... day before it yesterday it kept doing it until finally I thought the tranny went out and rolled off on the side of the road. After about five minutes I tried it just to see what would happen..... drove since with no problems. What's going on????

jk080, thank you very much, I'll see what I can do about replacing it.
