miss

i have a weird miss i unplugged the vaccum line on the pass valve cover pcv and my truck runs great no miss but as soon as i plug it in it returns could this be the pcv valve or something else

nothing i replace a coil today right b4 i came to work and forgot to put that big line back on on the way here it ran great thought it was a bad coil the i stopped at a light and it sounded like it had a monster cam in it pulled over put it back on and tested it and at half throttle and above it misses at full throttle it acts like its on the rev limiter for a few seconds then clears out and goes
