Might seem like a dumb question-but here it is, has anyone ever replaced the felt for the rear slider? If so what did you use and where did you get it? Thanks!
i have never heard of replacing the felt for the rear slider, but i have heard of replacing the felt and anti rattle rubbers in the windows in the doors not sure if some of the glass felt from a window door might work, the felt from the rail that holds the glass might work i have no idea? ask a dealer? or a parts place like Napa or autozone, or a weather stripping place, or get a new window? or live with it? anyways i am sure someone on here has done this before, is it 70's window or newer, try some of the newer trucks forums on here and see what they say?
My rear slider is a '75. I actually have 2 sliders and both need new felts for the slide portion of the windows otherwise they are like new. Its real drafty in the winter. lol

A Glass shop should be able to help you out,.
Door window channel weatherstriping looks like it might work as well. Might have to be trimmed, and modified to fit.
Trial and error. Etc...
Wrecking yard should have some good pieces of door window weatherstrip to experiment with.
I had to replace the felt in one of my other trucks. I used that window/door insulation you find @ hardware/home centers. It comes in a roll. it looks kinda like wool. About 1/8" thick. 1/2 wide. Can't remember how I kept it in there, its been many years, but it worked. Hope this helps.
