I've had a Retrax One since last year and I don't have anything bad to say about it. It's a little expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. I would definitely buy another one.
Hey djansen that's a sweet cover, I'm really putting it on the top of my list, however i do have a question: does it rattles or vibrates in any noticeable way while going on the road?

I just installed a Peragon cover a couple weeks ago and feel I can honestly answer this for you. First off the Peragon cover was the best priced cover I could find that met all my needs. $599 with free shipping and it arrived 24 hrs after my order went in. You can not beat that for service. The install took about 2 hours but I was going very slow and reviewing all steps on you tube and the instruction sheet provided. The first time I closed the cover it rolled just like a hot knife through butter. Very impressed so far. Is it water proof? No. I do get a small amount of water on the edge of one panel but not alot to really be concerned about. Is it a very secure cover? Yes (I did get the dual lock though). Does it rattle at highway speeds? No but I can see a VERY slight movement in the panels driving at 60 mph. I cannot hear any sound from this slight movement.
I can't say enough about my Retrax One cover. It keeps my bed completely dry and I've never had any rattles. The only maintenance it requires is a coat of wax whenever I wax my truck. The lock system works great and the cover can be locked in any position, so you don't have to open it all the way if you don't need or want to.

Thank you very much for your response DJL66. I can imagine that at highway speeds any rattle won't be noticeable, I was wondering more about city, streets, bumps, pot holes, etc.
Absolutly no rattles or vibrations at city speeds, over pot holes (lots of them in Northern Ontario) or over speed bumps. The rails are very well secured with 4 1/4 bolts to the box rail so they are not going to move. The panels ride in a channel and roll much like a garage door but fold at the front of the box. I was expecting the panels to have a slight movement in the channel but that is not the case. They are very snug but still roll very smooth.

That sounds awesome, thanks again for your kindness, one last Q: did you have to drill any holes in the bed, box rails or anywhere in the truck it self?

Yes 4 - 1/4" holes at each corner of the box to secure the rails on. I upgraded to the stainless hardware that have nylock nuts so they should not loosen up or rust.
Look up "Peragon install" on you tube and it should give you a better idea to what is involved with the installation.
I have had the PE electric version since 2005 and I love it. I haven't had any problems with it and everyone that sees it says it's cool. It is not made of vinyl either. It is made of aluminum.
