You can buy direct from Retrax. The new Retrax Pro sells for around $1400.00 I'm not sure yet if I'm going with the Retrax or the Pro. I was hoping for some feed back on the Pro. Also if you call Retrax ask for Randy, he knows his stuff.

I previously mentioned that the RetraxPro has a lifetime warranty. That's incorrect, it has a 3 year warranty.

When I called Retrax on the Pro Randy told me that it was a lifetime warranty that was pro rated over time.

I called Retrax and talked to Anita, she told me no lifetime warranty, only 3 year on RetraxPro and 1 year on Retrax. Sound to me like they haven't really decided yet!

It sounds like they need to decide what it is. Also it would be nice if they would get a little more info out there on the Pro. Do you think your going to go with the pro??

I had the retrax a few years ago and it held up well. The pro looks very good, maybe better than the Truck Covers USA American cover, which gets very good reviews and has an 8"x8" canister.

I've got one as well. Very clean looking and works great even in Canada. Although it does tend to stick at -40 C. lol. It was purchased in spring of 07 and still works great.

I am looking at buying the retrax pro in 2 months when my truck comes in. They don't say how big the box is in the front of the truck bed for the retrax pro. Anybody know the dimensions?

I don't have specific measurements, but Retrax canisters are probably the largest canister of the retractable covers.

You loose about 14" from the bed with a standard Retrax. I can't speak for the pro model.

The canister for the RetraxOne and RetraxPro are exactly the same in material and size.

I have the RollBak G2 retractable cover; been installed about two months so far. It is black powder coated aluminum slats.
