I've never mail/web ordered from them, but I have frequently shopped at their Santa Clara, CA retail store. My experience there has been pretty good, but I only expect them to know about general 4-wheeling and Jeep stuff, not about my truck. Prices are pretty fair too.

I hope all the bad experiences you guys have been getting does not catch up with me. 4WPW installed my lift and tires and I was very pleased with them.The sales guys and wrench turners were all surprisingly nice.For an example, when I picked up my truck they had Pro-Comp shocks on my Skyjax lift,when asked why they said the shocks were on back order and these shocks were better anyway.I figured they were trying to scam me.I told them I wanted the Skyjax shocks, so they said they would order them.I figured I would have to make dozens of phone calls before it was all said and done.They called me 2 weeks later and told me to come in to switch the shocks They also took care of me for having to come back up there.This store is fairly new, less than a year old, and maybe being over here in N.E. Ohio has something to do about it.The part I like best about them is that they will always beat my prices that I get from Summit Racing .One good note also, at least I can drive to their store and have a face to face with a real person.I dont envy you guys who have to mail order.
