Don't over-tighten, but don't leave it too loose either. I was worried about over-tightening mine -- apparently, 3000psi of oil will take its toll on an O-ring if any at all gets by it. It was almost gone by the time realized it was leaking and replaced it. I ended up putting quite a bit of tourque on mine. Don't remember how much, but it was TIGHT.

Good point. I tightened mine down pretty tight as well. Oh, make sure you check it every few months, seems like mine likes to vibrate a bit and I can usually give er' a crank now and then to snug her up.

So far so good...Did end up taking the air intake off to get the driver side on.No leaks. Waiting for it to take effect.

Thanks.

Exclamation

Use the removable lock tight that is recommended it will insure no leaks. I did not the first time around.
Second time around dry as a bone
