Energy suspensions website has directions. Here is a link to F100 F150 4wd ones. I haven't looked to see if they are the same as other models, but you can see what you have and go from there.
For safetys sake I would recommend the new hardware. Plus it will look awesome when its all together. Where did u get the kit from that didn't come with directions???shoot some pics when ur done.
Bought the kit from 4wheelparts. At the time they had the best price.
After looking at those instructions and at BroncoGraveyard i have come to the conclusion that either im just plain dumb or someones pulling numbers out of there butt.
All of the instruction manuals online only tell you how to setup the bushings with the old hardware and not where they actually go.
BroncoGraveyard tells you that these bushings and cups are for postitions 1 and 2 and the others are for 3,4,5. Where are they getting these numbers. Cause when i pulled off my cab there where six mounts. 2 core supports, and 4 cab mounts.
I can figure out pretty easily how to put them back together, i just need to know which ones go where when it comes to the 4 cab mounts. cause it came with two short ones and two larger ones both being hieght wise.
I called techsupport and got pointed to the online manual, which by the way i hate when i talk to someone that is obviously just reading a script and doesnt know jack chit about the product you call about.
boxer.fan i'll post up some pics probably next weekend or so if i get enough time to mess with it.
I recently purchased a complete set of body mounts from the graveyard for my 78 f-150 4x4 and didn't get any instructions or hardware with the kit. With the exception of new bed bolts. And at that they weren't a factory style. Instead of being like a large carriage bolt. They have what looks like an allen head type bolt head and a large flat washer. I was very dissapointed when I opened the box and saw what I got.

Was that the complete 68 piece kit? It says it includes all hardware. Are you saying it doesn't include the 6 bolts for the cab and radiator support? Just wondering because I was planning on ordering that kit this week.
well to be honest i'm not exactly sure. because i did not have a catalog when i ordered the kit. But I did ask the guy I talked to if the kit I was ordering had everything from the rad support to the rear bumper. and he said yes it did. I did expect that it would not have included instructions, but I was hoping that for $200+ for the kit, it would have had the correct bed bolts. I did pay extra to include new transfercase mounts as well. As far as the mounts are concerned I am very pleased with the quality and the factory look. Espeacially for being pollyurethane. And for a Ford. Generally speaking Ford has very strict policy for aftermarket companies copy there parts looks. I hope this helps with your doubts. I just figured that I'd have to get different bed bolts later though. No big deal. It's only money, that's why I go to work. So I can make more.
