Ok well im new to the site and have looked at the forms quite a bit to get advice. yall shure know ur trucks. i have a 2000 f250 sd and i love it except right now i wanna strangel it. when turning left or stopped at a light after some time of driving i get this wicked grinding noise. i can be stopped and start to turn the wheel left and it increases. to the right alls good. put a new p/s pump in and the same result. it sounded like the pump? when i hit a bump while turning i seems it gets worse on the compression of the suspension. anyone any clue. maby the steering gear box?
Its a grinding noise not whining and i got full synthetic ATF fluid in her and shes reading full on the stick. it sounds like a wheel bearing went out "grinding" noise. but it dose it when stopped and intensifys if i turn to the left
