Right Turn Vibration

I have an 06 F150, 5.4 3V, 82K miles. My problem is when I turn right or go around a right hand curve as I turn the steering wheel I can feel a vibration back through the steering wheel. It doesn't do it when turning left.

Is this fanbelt slipping or power steering pump or something else completely different?

If its a 4x4 it could be a cv axle.

You might want to look for a separated tire or even rotate them to see if the problem changes.

Out of balance wheel bad ball joint bad tie rod end give the undercarriage a good check might be something minor or major also check your hub
