That is awful sketchy. Why did you replace injectors? Now it has blowby? Not before? Give us more details/background or we will blindly spend your money for you.

Agreed, a truck with only 80K shouldn't need injectors or have excessive blowby.

Where do you live Walker? Never mind, I see Guyton Ga? where is that?

BTW, does it use oil or smoke excessively out the exhaust?

You need a compression check if that is out the exhaust. That would be my next step. It's not that hard but you need the tools.

Here's a link to some video's of fumes out the oil fill cover & CCV mod. How does yours compare to these?

I agree, 80K seems to be low miles for these kind of issues:

You need a compression tester with the 7.3 GP adapter. Try to borrow one if you can.

Remove the CAC tubes and turbo intake.

Pull valve covers.

Remove glow plugs, all of them.

Install adapter into each GP hole and test each by cranking. Make sure to disable the injectors by your choice of method. Among the easy ones is disconnecting the under valve cover harness connectors or UVC connector or simply unplug the CMP sensor. Keep the batteries charged.

You will be looking for a minimum of 375 but 400 and above is mo betta.

If I left anything out, someone feel free to chime in. It really is not that hard to do. A remote starter is handy but not required.

Blowby is normal for the 7.3L.

Also if you still have a miss after replacing injectors, then you are chasing a phantom problem. Did you replace the CPS recently under the Ford recall?
