I bought 2 from this guy.
FORD 7.3L DIESEL F250 F350 PICKUP VAN WATER PUMP NEW - (eBay.ca item 360046227987 end time 21-Sep-08 12:53:42 EDT)
He has them listed as not for a powerstroke, but it is the proper one for the 94-95 7.3 PSD.
I used one on my 96, only had to use the early short stem thermostat to make it work. I have the other one ready for the other truck when it decides to pack it in. The local NAPA quoted me $280, so i just parked the truck and waited the few days for it to come in.

I bought mine at NAPA brand new 177 dollars. AutoZone or Advance has the fan tool ,rental is free just leave a deposit and redeem it when you return the tool

You don't need to remove the rad ,,but I put a piece of paneling in between the fan & the rad ,,,(fan is heavy)
loosen the shroud & get the rad hoses out of the way ,,& take the fan & the shroud out together .
