vacuum regulator valve

I did a google search and can not find a vacuum regulator valve anywhere. Are you certain yours is shot ???

The truck I bought last week (86 F250) had severe shifting issues with it's C6.

Turns out the VRV as WAY out of adjustment! I have it adjusted full Vacuum (tilted towards the Cab) and now the truck shifts GREAT.

BTW, my truck's vacuum pump is pulling 18lbs if that matters any.

Check your truck's VRV adjustment before you spend your hard earned $$$.

Yeah, the PO tried to epoxy it after he broke it. I am thinking that it is leaking.

hello. i have mine adjusted all the way towards the cab also. i could not get any more than 17 in. vacume. i am thinking maybe they are to have more and run about in the middle, maybe some body will let us know what is max in. vacume on modulator side of vrv at an idle. i put a tee in at vrv mod side with a vacume gauge at idle 17in all the way towards cab and o in. all the way towards the radiator.
