vacuum line
first ones goes to the disturber wear does it hook up to?

This one goes to the water pump and has 2 lines coming off of it. Wear do both of them go?

This one was hooked to the top of the carb but idk if that is wear it goes or not.

This is the only line at all that had a "pull" to it and was hooked up to the back of the carb driver side
First picture: the line on the distributor goes to ported vacuum on the carburetor. Ported vacuum is vacuum above the throttle plates. On a stock 2 barrel carb, usually there is a spot for this by the driver side mixture screw, and on the passenger side under the choke housing.
Second picture: This is a ported vacuum switch. Ported vacuum on the carburetor runs to this. The other side of the switch can run to your EGR valve or evaporator purge valve, depending on the setup.
Third picture: The metal line with the short length of hose goes to the barbed fitting on the air horn of the carburetor which is close by. It pulls air through the choke housing. It was hooked up correctly before you disconnected it.
Fourth picture: this is a manifold vacuum tap, from your description it sounds like it was going to the choke pulloff on the carburetor which is correct.
Yes, you need all these lines. You can't cap them off, if you do then you are in for a world of trouble. Cost-concious Ford engineers didn't add unneeded hardware to these motors; if it's there then it's serving a purpose. Don't "fix" what isn't broken. Hope that helps. Here is a general vacuum diagram you can use:
The two bottom arrows - "other side of the metal plate" and "bottom of the carb next to the driver side mixture screw" - those are ported vacuum locations. They won't have vacuum at idle, but if you open the throttle and rev the engine, they will have vacuum. Your other two arrows - I'm not sure where you're pointing to. There are no vacuum sources there that I know of on a 2150 carb.
FYI - all vacuum sources need to feed a closed system. That means you shouldn't have any open vacuum ports. If it's not going to anything, you need to cap it off. The two bottom spots on your carb should be going to things, however. Typically these ported vacuum sources go to EGR and distributor vacuum advance.
