No crank p1260

I have a no crank on my excursion with a code p1260. P1260 Theft Detected - Engine Disabled. anyone know how to fix this? is my keychip bad?

Try and disconnect the batteries for a few minutes and see if it clears the code.

Still no crank, I also noticed the theft light is blinking some morse code or something. Does that mean something?

anyone? no luck with the turn key on wait till quit blinking wait 10 seconds blah blah. Don't wanna tow to dealer.

Thanks for all your help guys, but I had to tow her in... the key was bad. Oh well I needed an extra key anyway just maybe not for $125 plus $60 towing.

Bonus I got a shop manual from Mega!! and they did the cps recall while she was in N/C (even though I did last year before recall)
