exhaust pipe expander?

I need a good quality exhaust pipe expander. What are some companies that make them?

Advanced Auto sells a nice kit which is good from under 2" up 3.5" pipe (2expanders) and a cutter. Costs like $80. I have the PN written down somewhere. They are decent quality. Advanced will also loan the kit out free of charge.
