I am feeling Better,worked today...thanx Cris =)

Did I mention the moved my surgery to Oct 9th cause they scheduled at the wrong hospital!

I have to take next friday off for pre -op testing...upper gi, chest xray, abdominal ultrasound,bloodwork and respitory...oh well, a day not at work!

 

Mark, Vici & I wish you the best with your surgery. It is a bit scary going in for surgery or it was for me.
Glad people are feeling better & good. Travis get well soon.
Cris, your not anymore big mouthed than the rest of us. So you fit right in. Glad your here. I wish we could of met when we were in Arizona, but who knows we may show up one day to visit.

Fun stuff! I went in for a little procedure a few months ago. My wife couldn't understand how I was so completely relaxed during the days that led up to it, and on the drive to the hospital. I told her that work and our impending move (we loaded 90% of our stuff into containers the very next day) was keeping me preoccupied. Well, that wore off soon enough once we started the registration process. I had my "moment" when I was led back to the prep room, and then I was fine.

I know you're not going to be looking forward to that day, but remember we're all there with you, even those of us who don't know you yet. Perhaps a "He's Out Of Surgery" gathering will be on the calendar in the near future?

BOZ: I used to frequent this forum about 4 years ago, but got very sidetracked with work and became a ghost. I don't even remember the AZ Chapter then, or at least I didn't join for some reason. So I'm like you: I don't "know" anyone on here, but I pretend I do. It'll all get sorted out in time.

It's almost bedtime for me in Norfolk, VA. Long work week this time around. Everyone be safe this weekend, and drink a few for me.
