I think it has been a good month or so since we have heard from Patrick, I don't think I have seen him up in the 7.3 either. Rique has been staying away also, I saw him on this morning he just didn't show up in here.

Well there's nothing like being back home for less than 2 hours and coming within a fraction of an inch of being stung by a baby scorpion.
I got to the house yesterday afternoon, unpacked, and decided I needed to clean up after a long day. After my shower, I was walking around our master bedroom and saw a yellow-ish / orange-ish little thing on the carpet. Not wearing my glasses, I figured it must be a thread from a shirt my wife had worn, so I pick it up. Very quickly I realize that the thread is moving, so I flip my hand over and drop the little S.O.B. On its fall to the floor, I make out the shape of a baby scorpion. Well, it's dead now, and my heart has stopped pounding. Little barstard was in the palm of my hand. I'm glad it didn't have an itchy trigger finger!
As for coming home on Southwest, that's actually my preferred airline. I know that with them I never ride on an RJ. I loved piloting the RJ, but always hated being a passenger. I'm on Southwest's A-List, so I'm in the A boarding group every time. Their crews are known for being very nice to other crews, unlike just about every other airline. The free tickets add-up faster with them too. I've earned about 8 in the last 20 months.
Now it's time to enjoy my 6 days at home. Next Wednesday morning will be here way too soon. Happy Thursday!
