Help!

Cleaned turbo today after pulling it off yesterday to fix an exhaust leak. Really wasn,t very dirty. Followed instructions posted in the forum and everything went smooth. After starting truck it runs really smooth until 2000 RPM and then seems to lose boost I am getting a PO102 error code that keeps coming back after I clear it. Is their anyway I could have gotten something assembled wrong in the turbo? I marked everything and the housing is pinned so it can't be assembled wrong. The unison ring can only go on one way to match the pitch of the vanes. I am debating if I need to replace the MAF sensor. Any ideas?

Turbo info

Pulled turbo for the third time UGH!!!! It appeared that the vanes had not moved since earlier cleaning. (Soot marks and carbon only outlined one vane position. I pulled turbo back apart and the only thing that appeared to be sticky was the unison ring actuator. Pulled plug out of oil piston housing and the housing and piston shaft were really gunked up. Cleaned shaft and actuator gear and reinstalled. Put exhaust housing back on and used a magnet to actuate the oil piston. Vanes moved freely and everything felt great. Will re-install in the morning to see if Turbo is working correctly. I am starting to suspect the VGT solenoid.
