91 F150 E40D rear SEAL

I have the drive shaft removed and I'm ready to put in a new seal. What is the best way to remove the old one without damaging anything?

The Heated Monkey by Billards. Found out about it over on the Chevy site. Works on all seals and leaves not a scratch anywhere. Well worth the money. Job done.
