I recently purchased an '04 F250, SD, 6.0TD, King Ranch, with 40K on it. Emmaculate truck, but the only thing was that the sun had dried / faded the front seats (especially bottoms).
I searched this sight, and found a recommendation to use "Lexol". First, I cleaned them with the cleaner, then applied the conditioner, and after 2 applications, the seats look and feel like new...literally like new!

If you go to a feed store or a farmer's co-op, they usually have a generic neatsfoot conditioner that is cheaper then lexol. I have used both lexol and the generic on my truck, saddles(and various other leather tack) and I haven't had a problem with either.
