I just bought a 2001 F-150 4x4 with the King Ranch package. I was reading my owner's manual, and it said that I was supposed to have an insert "King Ranch Leather Care" or something like that. Well, I don't have one of those. Can someone tell me what it says? Will Lexol work?
Hi,
I have the King Ranch seats that you are referring to and shortly after I bought the truck, I recieved a bottle of leather conditioner from Ford for the seats. I don't know if Lexol will work or not because this leather is different from your normal car leather seats. The care instructions mainly just say to only clean up any spills or messes with a damp soft rag and mild soap. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies guys. I found quite a bit of information about the care of these seats at another site (which they probably don't want me mentioning here...).
Several of the folks with KR package did recommend Lexol, and seemed quite enthusiastic about their results. I'll post my results too.
Thanks again,
Chasman
