sway bar extensions
i have a 2002 super duty and it has a 4" lift on it and i just finished installing 2" shackles on the front..and now the sway bar doesnt line up with the mounts off the frame like it is too low. So do i need like a extended sway bar mount or do they make those?
can i drive it in its current state?

You can drive it now, but I would pull the sway bar completely out until you can get some extended end links. I don't know where to tell you to look for the extended end links but I know they are out there.

You can try flipping the end links frame mounts to the under side of the frame rail. That might give you 2" back. If you already had 4" of lift there should have been some extended or adjustable end links already in place. If not, you definately need some with 6". Check out Amazon.

Yep, if the mount is still inside the frame rail you can flip it so that it hangs below.
We can get you the Icon sway bar links......they aren't listed on our webstore, but they are $105 for the pair with the bushings.

you dont need no stinkin sway bar!
but im with everyone else, you can flip the bracket if you havent already
When I put my 2'' hanger lift on, I just hooked up the sway bar, its at a bit of an angle, but nothing too bad...

I still haven't gotten longer links for my 4" springs. The stock ones don't interfere with anything, just hang at a slight angle. Truck handles fine, is this really a problem?
