Thanks for the info. That was a pretty big chuck of gasket missing, so I wasn't sure how much oil it would drip. I'm also not sure where the missing piece would have gone to since it doesn't seem like there's room for it to just fall out (or in for that matter).

Turbo first that way nothing gets hurt. Congrats on the swap. What are you thinking on the injectors, SS of some kind I assume.

Do the injectors first, you wont really notice an increase in power from a turbo.

Ron what #'s did you get. ICP, duty cycle?

If so, open the microsoft excel spreadsheet file that AE saved the dataloging in. Then, you can select the chart wizard and change it to a graph. Then change the file to a JPG and add it to your post

I'll PM you my phone # if you need the extra help - Mike (Tenn01PSDF350) had to walk me through it the first time I did it - then he made me drink....

edit: That's great you got the pump in - know you've been waiting impatiently for this mod.....

I don't recall a whole lot of arm twisting at any time. Now have a beer.

BTW, I just showed Theo this post. She says that is not how she remembers things going down when you were here. She says you made her drink.

On topic, glad you got the pump in and the leak fixed Ron. That reservoir pretty much should have leaked like a SOB at LPOP oil pressure. I am a bit confused here. I am not surprised you found black oil in there. One of these days I am going to fully explain this phenomenon with pics. No pics means nobody believes you.

Hey Ron, your probably experiencing air in the system. Put some miles on and it will most likely smooth out for ya.

I had NO idea you had that many miles or that you had a leak. Glad you got it taken care of!

there is not alot of PSI behind the front cover..no more then the CCV puts out any ways...i was suprised it didnt leak any more then it did too..the oil was very very black..dip stick still show's clean with a little tint of black.4000 mile on this oil....i cleaned the stick off and compared the oil from both stick and reservoir on my fingers...the reservoir was by far darker..
