No Dash Lights?
You could have a problem with your headlamp switch. Twist the **** back and forth and see if they flicker. There is a rehostat on the front of the switch that could be burnt out, though they should work I believe if you turn the **** all the way counterclockwise.

Clockwise is Brightest
Counter-clockwise is dimmest
It's probably the headlight switch as they do go bad.
