Is it normal for a Ford Flathead V8 with an Offenhauser dual intake manifold with two Holly 94 carbs on it that one would have a stronger vacuum pull than the other when you place your hand on top of one as compared to the other?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o> My husband is trying to use a carb synchronizer (Edelbrock) when he places this on one carb it doesn’t affect the engine at all . If he places it on the other one and starts to adjust it, it kills the engine.
Additional information: It has Offenhauser aluminum heads, 3/4 race Cam (Max 1) and a Mallory dual point distributor and headers.
