Alternator Install
Ok so I should have paid attention. I took the engine out and did not mark all the wires. I have an 82 F-100 with an I6. Its stock. Can anyone tell me which wires go to which terminal. I know I should have paid attention but I got a little carried away.

Do you have guages in the dash? The "F" wire will be the orange/blue, the "s" wire will be white/black, and the large output wire will be black/red. The "s" wire will be hooked up differently depending on if you have guages or not.

Basically, the thickest wire with the large ring terminal goes on the BATT terminal, and then the remaining two wires hook to the Field and Stator terminals.
