Well then I can change my post now that Doug has chimed in that his is a FX4. Thanks Doug. I just hadnt seen any 7.3's that had that trim level.

Just to throw out my 2c... you NEVER want the first year or two of any engine (regardless of the make & model). If you are looking at an '03 or '04 truck, stay with '03 and make SURE it is a 7.3.

This has been proven time and time again -- and definitely with the 7.3 vs 6.0.
