Question 4 low

my truck has 4x4 push on the fly system iam running AKC0 computer combo with 30 LB injectors and this set up will not let me use 4-low is there a way to buy pass this with some wiring to get 4-low

I don't think the computer has any control over the transfer case. You do need to be stopped with the tranny in neutral before engaging low range though.

on the haynes manual it does have tap #12 0n the pcm 4x4-L E4OD only witch goes to the switch system.

Interesting... I bet it's looking for neutral selection in tranny. You may have to tie this line to ground or 12v.. hard to know without seeing a schematic.

I have this setup in my Bronco and it is pretty sensitive to the MLPS switch adjustment. It is checking to make sure you are in neutral. If your MLPS is slopped out like mine is, you may have to choose between having reverse lights and having your 4-low work. I have to move my shift lever a bit to get my 4-low to engage, have you tried this?

After i got my tranny built my push button 4x4 low would not work and i never could figure it out so i swapped in a manual shift transfer case was pretty simple swap

no did't try that i l will look at that. trying to see if the in put to the pcm is a negative or positive input i need to look at the wire diagram.
