I am guessing but I think all your other stuff should work but like I said I'm guessing. You will need to use new u-bolts though. I do know that.

I have new U bolts in the "package" I got...will have to check to be sure...so then whats the point of blocks?

also, different topic - noticed the MGB in your sig. Nice! I used to have a 64 Austin Healey 3000 MK3 Phase I BJ8. Miss that car!

What kind of package? Did this stuff come with the springs? If the u-bolts are used, get new ones. U-bolts aren't supposed to be used again. The blocks you are talking about are probably just the spacers between spring and pad.

I had a 76 midget but just could not get in and out of the darn thing so I got something bigger. Bought the MGB and my wifes Ex within a week of each other. Found them both on ebay and both in Florida 30 miles from each other. Wanted an MGB ever since I was a kid.

The loose single springs you have are not fronts, They go on top of the rear packs with a spacer inbetween. The side marked front goes toward the front of the truck. Hope that helps a little. If you do a little searching you can find some pictures of the complete assembly.

What loose springs?I mighta missed something (wouldn't be the first time!) but I don't see any loose springs in the posted pictures.

To keep the rear end from being lower than the front end, after doing the spring swap, because upgrading the fronts raises the Excursion a bit.

The loose leafs are in the first picture, leaning against the wall. They're underneath the rear leaf pack. Did some searching and lotsa reading. Seen Stewarts been thru this already. Still fuzzy on where that loose leaf sits...doesnt really match up with any of the pics I found.
