door panel vibration
I just put some door panels on my truck that came off of the 75 parts truck I have. They are held on by the factory clips didnt break anything when I pulled em off the other truck. They fit good and stay where thyere supposed to be, but they just rattle when i turn on my radio i dont even have that much bass either. How do I fix this its really anoyin when all you hear is rattlein?

Get a can of silicone and apply some on the inside of the door panel where you think it's rattling at. Let it dry for a day and see if that fixes it.
I just came up with this but I think it would work.
[edit] Not silicone lubricant spray, the silicone goo in a can that drys solid but rubbery flexible... Useful for many things!

You might not have them snapped in all the way in some spots. You can also replace the plastic snap pins, as they are fairly soft and the ridges can wear away when they've been installed\removed a few times.

Thanks guys i really dont want to put silicone on the door cause i wouldnt ever be able to get the panel off. The clips are the metal ones not the plastic ones that are on the door pouches. What do I make the shims out of.
