Static Noise from Left Front speaker

I have a 97 expedition and I have a static noise coming from the Left Front door speaker. It goes away when I shut the radio off. I just went to try to take to door panels off and there are no screws. I don't want to break anything on the door, so is there a trick to take the door panels off so that I can replace the speaker?

Remove the sail panel. (little triangle piece at the top, front of the door panel...it just pulls off)

Remove the window regulator switch plate. (pulls up)

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the top door trim panel screw. (in behind the sail panel)

Remove door trim panel screw at window regulator switch plate opening. (behind window control switches that you removed earlier)

Remove the courtesy lamp lens.
Remove door trim panel screw in the courtesy lamp housing.

Remove the inside door handle trim cover. (pulls off)

Remove the inside door handle bolt and handle.

CAUTION: To avoid damage to the front door trim panel, do not pull directly outward.

Lift upward to remove the front door trim panel (23943).

Remove the courtesy lamp.
Turn the courtesy lamp bulb socket one quarter turn and remove.

Disconnect the power mirror electrical connector.
