Easy.
Back doors:
Pry up window switch, unplug.
Unscrew two screws at bottom of door panel.
Pry out trim ring around door handle.
Lift whole panel up and slide to the inside of the car to move it around the door handle.
Front doors:
Remove triangular trim piece at top of door by pulling outward then up; remove screw.
Remove window and lock switch panel by prying up and unplugging; remove "hidden" screw - that's not really hidden.
Pry out door handle trim ring; remove bolt on door handle and remove entire door handle.
Pry off lighted reflector on bottom corner of door.
Pry door panel up and begin to remove; unscrew lightbulb from panel.
Whole thing slides off giving you access to speakers, etc.
