I said it once and I will say it again. Invest in some band clamps to use instead of the ubolt clamps that come with the system. If you are not going to weld the joints after install the band clamps are a good idea.

For a 4" or 5" system??? Mine was a 4" MBRP Alum. single with 5" chrome tip/muffler for $320 or so. Last September.

Skip the 4 and the 5 inch exhaust and go with a 6inch. Nothing sounds better than a straight 6 inch exhaust coming from a 7.3. My buddy has a custom 6 inch exhaust on his trucks and it sounds awesome.

I know Bully Dog makes a 6 inch for the Dodge cummapart but not sure on the powerstroke.

You cannot do this with a 4" exhaust.
And there is no substitute for the sound.
Click on my signature where it says: "5" exhaust" and you find a bunch of sound clips that I took right after I installed my Cannon.

looks i am going to go with a 5 inch mbrp turbo back exhaust then. Thanks for all of the input guys.
