Thumbs down Leaking Tranny

So my transmission AOD, started leaking a while ago. I tightened up the pan bolts and it stopped for a few days but then started again. As of right now I can't exactly determine where the leak is from. What are the most likely areas that a transmission leaks from. Currently it looks like it could be coming from the pan, the fluid fill, or the belhousing. I will have to use some degresser to clean the area up first to find out where it is leaking from right?

Yea that's the plan. I had a leak in my front seal. I put trans-x in and it stopped, much to my amazement. I talked to a transmission man and he said it swells the seal to stop the leaks. He also said that when it goes to leaking again, it will leak really bad. But it may not do that for awhile.

Well I changed the fluid, filter and pan gasket this weekend. One my way to Miami I did not have any leaks like last week so hopefully that was it. I also put in some Valvoline Max Life tranny fluid that is supposed to do the same thing. 1:6 ratio is what it said with mercron V.
