yes, 80-96 all the same and I hear the frame width is the same on the highboys as well.

i Just put a resse hitch on my '95 F-150 and i can hardly tell its there . i will say if your hitch is adjustable like mine i'll give you a far warning to be prepared to drill some 1/2 inch holes, have a 19mm around, and Finally don't loose your religion 
when you think the hitch won't clear the spare tire bracket on the passenger side. Just push the hitch back a little bit and your good. Goodluck on your project
