Nothing easier to find out then to hold it up there and see if any holes line up. You might have to drill one or two, but if you have to drill anymore than that, probably need a different hitch.
If the truck has never had a hitch before, then you will need to drill all holes. I had to drill six when I bought my receiver hitch.
Aside from test-fitting it, the easiest way is to look up the part numbers for a hitch for both trucks. If they are the same, you know the hitch will fit both trucks.
