[updated:LAST EDITED ON 22-Nov-02 AT 10:34 AM (EST)] Before I test my contortionist abilities just where is the EEC relay? I have an 84 F-150 4x4.
The EEC IV relay is most likely on the fender near the battery. Most likely the fuel pump relay is next to it. Both relays have power from a fusable link of the starter relay. The EEC IV realy is a brown connector, the fuel pump is green. Why do you need to know this any way, what is the problem?

Well ya got 3 different places now :-) . Mine is mounted next to the computer on the right side. The computer is under the dash just right of the steering column. There should be a wiring harness going through the firewall leading to it.
I really don't have to find it but I'm going to install a couple of auxilliary power relays for other stuff such as radiator fans and stuff and I just like to isolate stuff like this from the regular harness to ovoid overloading problems and such, I also thought about scrounging up a second EEC relay and socket for the secondary circuit.
Don't use the '84-style relays - they suck and are hard to find. Use the '92-up Bosch-style 30A standard relays used in Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, etc. Even WM sells them from Blazer. You can get socket for them online for under $2.
