Code 542 - 95 F250 351W/E4OD

Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground. Where should I be looking for? I'm guessing I have a bad ground to the PCM. I didn't pick this up with my reader but the guy at the trans shop told me about it.

Thanks.

I believe, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, the secondary circuit is the injectors/O2 sensor.

There is a ground wire on the intake, passenger side mid way back? A on a bolt into the plenum that grounds the whole ball of wax on top of the motor. Includes the O2 sensor. If that is loose or broken off it throws that code but usually includes the O2 sensor code with it. Could be the injector ground wire eroded away loosing the ground needed but leaving the O2 intact?
